I am a global workforce and talent strategist with more than 20 years of experience partnering with organizations across the Americas and international markets to help them solve one of their most important challenges: accessing the right talent to move their business forward.
Throughout my career, I have worked closely with leadership teams to understand not only the roles they need to fill, but the capabilities, motivations, and human dynamics that truly drive successful teams. My work focuses on helping organizations navigate complex talent markets, reach professionals who are not actively looking for change, and design practical approaches to building strong and sustainable teams.
Before founding Pitahaya Talent, I held global talent sourcing leadership roles supporting multinational organizations and collaborating with stakeholders across regions to build talent pipelines aligned with business growth and organizational priorities.
I created Pitahaya Talent with a simple belief: recruitment should never be purely transactional. Behind every hiring decision there are people, ambitions, and moments of transformation, both for companies and for professionals. My approach combines strategic advisory with genuine human connection, helping organizations make confident talent decisions while creating meaningful opportunities for individuals.
